These shoes have seen me through enough exercise, mostly walking, to have walked more than the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive combined during the last half of 2008. I think it may be time to retire them!

Hi - thanks for your comment about the challnge! I remember reading Nan's Blog (I'm guessing she's your wife?) and I stopped by your daughter's Blog too, sometimes. I saw a comment from Vanessa on my Blog once too - I never managed to work out how everyone was connected!
ReplyDeleteI got so behind on reading Blogs and commenting - not because of any fault on the part of the Bloggers, but between a long holiday, then a month long writing challenge, work and the run up to Christmas (plus then the holidays), I got so behind and never managed to catch up. I intend to get organised this year though, and try to stay on top of things!
Good luck with any and all challenges you sign up for - I'm sure you'll find you get better and better :D
Hi Eldon, nice to have a new participant in the challenge. Your "Exercise" shot reminds me I should be on the treadmill right about now! It sounds like you will have many photo opportunities through the year if you do that much walking. Very impressive! By the way, it's really not necessary to credit me with the list - the whole thing has been a collaborative effort at the Elements Village forum anyway.

ReplyDeleteI am full of admiration. I actually like walking a lot, and take the dogs our most days (it's OK, they don't miss out the days I don't take them, hubby does the duty then - lol). Somehow though, time slips away and there is never enough to do the long walks I need and love.
